Which level is right for me?

Level1
You are interested in working in front of the house in a restaurant. You want to build the skills and knowledge you need to deliver a high level of service in a variety of environments. 

Level 2

This level is suitable for you if you have already achieved the level 1 qualification and wish to progress, you are currently in employment and wish to further your knowledge and education. You are working in the food and beverage service industry and have some relevant knowledge and skills, usually from a role where you’ve been supervised.

Level 3

This level is suitable for those who wish to specialize in areas of food service, offering an opportunity to achieve the certificate and/or the diploma.  You are working in the food and beverage service industry and have a great deal of technical skills and knowledge. You work with minimum supervision and have a good record of safety, fault correction, and ensuring work meets the required standard. You are looking to take on more responsibility and move into a supervisory or management role.

Level 4
You are interested in working in front of the house in a restaurant. You want to build the skills and knowledge you need to deliver a high level of service in a variety of environments.
