Our qualifications are tailored to support individuals in learning and developing the key skills, qualities, and attitudes that all employers seek. These qualifications are easy to comprehend, flexible to deliver, and their administration process is straightforward and reliable. Our Technical Advisors and Industry Manager provide guidance and expertise to support learners throughout the qualification process.

The qualifications are available for funding individuals aged 19 and above and offer value for money. We also provide a wide range of support materials and online tools to help learners achieve their goals.

Qualifications in Employability Skills are intended to aid individuals in obtaining a job, advancing in their chosen field, preparing them for further study, and cultivating the techniques necessary for successful independent living.

These qualifications are suitable for anyone who desires to live a more self-sufficient life, progress in their education or career prospects, obtain a job, develop in their current position, or move up the career ladder.

The qualifications were developed in collaboration with professionals from various industry sectors, training providers, and employment and recruitment specialists to ensure that the content aligns with the demands and value of today’s job market, as well as the requirements for study programs, Traineeships, and TechBacs.

What Is Involved In Studying This Course?

The following are the objectives of this course:

  • Developing skills in diplomacy,

    Studying this course requires learning in a classroom or workshop environment, or even in a workplace. Your assessment may include a portfolio of evidence, practical demonstration, assignment, and/or task-based controlled assessment.

    There are three levels of the course:

    – Entry Level 1: Suitable for beginners who are new to job hunting or further education and need to enhance their skills to get started.

    – Entry Level 2: Suitable for those who have some working experience and want to acquire more skills and confidence to become more employable or continue in education.

    – Level 3: Ideal for experienced workers who aim to build on their skills and experience for career advancement or further education. Studying this course requires learning in a classroom or workshop environment, or even in a workplace. Your assessment may include a portfolio of evidence, practical demonstration, assignment, and/or task-based controlled assessment, protocol, etiquette, and international communication

  • Understanding standard conventions and principles of diplomatic protocol and procedures – Improving essential communication skills to impress and inform others
  • Knowing how to successfully attend, entertain, and host diplomatic events
  • Learning how to effectively use these skills to support their organization and managers
  •  Gaining ideas that will prepare participants for the development of their capabilities and skills.
