Our Technical Advisors and Industry Manager provide guidance and expertise to support learners throughout the qualification process.
The qualifications are available for funding individuals aged 19 and above and offer value for money. We also provide a wide range of support materials and online tools to help learners achieve their goals.

What Is Involved In Studying This Course?

There are three levels of the course:
– Entry Level 1: Suitable for beginners who are new to job hunting or further education and need to enhance their skills to get started.
– Entry Level 2: Suitable for those who have some working experience and want to acquire more skills and confidence to become more employable or continue in education.
– Level 3: Ideal for experienced workers who aim to build on their skills and experience for career advancement or further education. - Understanding standard conventions and principles of diplomatic protocol and procedures – Improving essential communication skills to impress and inform others
